No claims will be honored on this invoice unless discrepancies made within 7 days after receipt of goods.
Damaged pieces can be exchanged or returned within 7 days after receipt of goods.
Returns for pieces without quality issues are only accepted with 60 days from the invoice date with 10% restocking fee. (Courier Charges to be payed by the BUYER )
Delivery acceptance signatures serve as proof of receiving goods.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Upon receiving the garment, it will be inspected. The garment is not to be worn, soiled, damaged, washed, or dry cleaned. The refund or exchange will not be processed, should any of these conditions exist the refund will be declined and the garment will not be eligible for return. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item. We are not responsible for and cannot honour refunds or exchanges on lost returns. Most returns will be processed in approximately 30 days.
